Dear Members, Parents, Staff and Supporters of Youth Orchestra, CYCNY,
We are very honored that New York City Council Member Peter Koo had selected Youth Orchestra, CYCNY to be one of the Cultural Organizations to present an event in Flushing funded by New York City Department of Cultural Affairs's " Cultural Immigrate Initiative Project " to present an Immigrant Program by an Immigrant Organization, and we also choose a venue to perform at an Immigrant Venue - Taiwan Center.
Event : YOCUTH ORCHESTRA, CYCNY CONCERT AT TAIWAN CENTER
Date and Time: Saturday, April 18, 7pm
Venue: Taiwan Center (137-44 Northern Blvd., Flushing, NY 11354)
Admission Free, No ticket Required
The flyer is being produced at Linco Printing, it will be ready by this Saturday. Please, take the flyers and bring it to your school, local libraries, community centers and whichever store would allow you to display. Because the concert is free, the library will welcome you to drop the flyers for the public.
The same flyer designed by Pearl Lin is also in the attachment, please download it and e-mail to your family and friends who might be interested in attending this exciting concert.
On April 18, the rehearsal will be 2-5pm, please be on time, you can arrive Taiwan Center at 1pm, since some parents have to drop you off at 1pm.
from 5-6:20pm. you can be picked up by your parent(s), and come back to Taiwan Center at 6:20pm, If you would stay at or near Taiwan Center, please let us know. we will provide you with a dinner box.
