【南韓彈劾沒有通過】
2024年12月7日，星期六下午5點，韓國國會在國會役議堂舉行彈劾投票。韓國現任總統尹錫悅，在這次彈劾投票中過關倖存。歷經2 個多小時的彈劾行動，截至當地時間晚上 7點整，共獲得了 195 票贊成彈劾。根據韓國憲法，彈劾需要國會300票中的2/3票數、200票才算通過。因此，距離罷免成功、還差5票。
【在野聲明二輪彈劾】
反對黨民主黨Together Democratic Party DPK領袖李在明指責，尹總統的戒嚴令是違憲、非法叛亂或政變。但總統府青瓦台表示，尹某在處理國家事務和決策方面沒有問題，他是在正常履行職責。不過，李在明表示，民主黨將於12月11日提出另一個，針對尹總統的彈劾法案，暫定於下週六12月14日進行投票。
【尹提聲明鞠躬道歉】
總統尹錫悅在彈劾投票後、向全國人民鞠躬道歉，他表示：「對於給國民帶來極大震驚、讓他們深感不安和不便，我深感抱歉並真誠地道歉。我不會逃避與此次戒嚴聲明、相關的法律和政治責任。最後，他說：「我深信我的政黨、國民力量黨People Power Party PPP，會有穩定政治局勢的方法，包括穩住我的剩餘任期……我為我讓您引起的擔憂向全民道歉，」尹總結後，鞠躬走下講台。
【穩住時局防範共產】
尹錫悅是在韓國時間、12 月 3 日晚上 10 點 30 分宣布緊急戒嚴，理由是他需要保護國家，免受「朝鮮共產主義勢力、和反國家勢力的侵害，並重建和保護韓國免遭毀滅」。這是自1979年朴正熙總統被暗殺，全斗煥發動軍事政變後，是自1980年以來首次宣布的戒嚴。
【逮捕名單內外皆有】
從尹錫悅所擬逮捕名單，目標政客除了主要反對黨民主黨李在明之外，還包括他自己的執政黨人民力量黨主席韓東勳。韓表示，彈劾投票後，他的人民黨將繼續推動，讓總統按部就班有序地辭職，盡量減少動亂。
【台灣絕不輕啟戒嚴】
台灣有人擔心，賴清德總統會步尹總統的後塵，宣布戒嚴，逮捕在野黨領導人？但，我個人覺得這扯太遠了。您看，從1949年5月20日到1987年7月15日，台灣人民遭受了世界上第二長的戒嚴迫害，時間長達38年零56天，僅次於敘利亞從1963年到2011年的48年。所以，深信，台灣是不會輕易地再實施戒嚴。

從另一個角度來說，事實上，韓國至少已經是聯合國的會員國，而台灣卻仍是聯合國、門外的國際孤兒。所以，台灣更需要對，來自中國的統一戰線陰謀，及反對黨的奪權算計鬥爭，提高警覺關注。我深信，美國新當選總統川普，已洞悉這由中共帶來的一切混亂，早就組織了強大內閣團隊，要來對付貪婪、邪惡的共產黨，和詭計多端的深層政府。讓我們攜起手來，緊密同行，來確保第一島鏈。願上蒼保佑日本、美國、韓國和台灣Japan、USA、S Korea、Taiwan JUST所組成的第一島鏈！

Secure JUST Chain
On 7 December 2024, Saturday 5:00pm, the National Assembly of South Korea held the impeachment vote in parliament. The South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol 尹錫悅survived in this impeachment vote. It ran over 2 hours till 7:00pm local time and reached 195 votes. According to the Korean constitution, the impeachment requires 2/3 of the parliament’s 200 votes. So, it is 5 votes short to succeed the recall.
The opposition Democratic Party leader Lee Jae-Myung 李在明blamed President Yoon’s martial law unconstitutional, illegal rebellion or coup. But the presidential office said that Yoon has no problem in handling state affairs and making decisions and he is performing his duties normally. However, Lee said the Democratic Party is proposing another impeachment bill against President Yoon on December 11 and cast vote next Saturday on December 14.
President Yoon Suk Yeol bowed to the nation after the impeachment vote, he said “I am deeply sorry and sincerely apologize to the citizens who must have been greatly shocked, caused anxiety and inconvenience. I will not avoid the legal and political responsibility related to this martial law declaration.” At last, he said “I will entrust my party with methods to stabilize the political situation, including the remainder of my term… I apologize to the citizens for the concerns I have caused,” Yoon concluded and stepped off the podium and bowed.
December 3, Yoon declared an emergency martial law at 10:30pm (KST) citing the need to protect the country from “North Korean communist forces and anti-state forces, and to rebuild and protect South Korea from falling into ruin.” This is the first time martial law has been declared since 1980 when a military coup was carried out by Chun Doo-hwan 全斗煥after the assassination of President Park Chung-hee 朴正熙in 1979.
The targeted politicians on Yoon’s arrest list included his own ruling People Power Party PPP chair Han Dong-hoonin 韓東勳addition to the main opposition Democratic Party, Lee Jae-myung. Han said after the impeachment vote his PPP party will continue to push for the president’s orderly resignation to minimize confusion.
There is a concern in Taiwan, will President William Lai 賴清德fall into President Yoon’s footstep to announce a martial law to arrest the opposition party’s leaders? Well, I personally thought it went too far. See, Taiwan people have suffered the world's second longest martial law persecution from 20 May 1949 to 15 July 1987 over 38 years and 56 days, only second to Syria from 1963 to 2011 over 48 years. So, enough is enough, Taiwan won’t be easy to promulgate martial law again.
As a matter of fact, South Korea at least is a member of the United Nation already, and Taiwan is still an international orphan outside the UN. So, Taiwan needs more care and caution from the united front conspiracy from China and the power struggle from the opposition parties. I believe that the president-elect Trump has foreseen all this chaos from the Communist China and organized a strong cabinet team to deal with the greedy evil and the scheming deep state. Let’s join hands and walk closely to secure the first island chain. God bless Japan, USA, South Korea and Taiwan, JUST the first island chain!
