期待台灣政府誕生 Expecting A Taiwan Government

很多人說，今天的台灣是一個擁有主權的獨立國家，國名為中華民國，10月10日是她的生日，賴清德是現任總統。 10月7日，《克萊·特拉維斯和巴克·塞克斯頓秀》發布了巴克·塞克斯頓對賴總統的錄音採訪。
【台灣不隸屬於中國】
賴總統指出：中華民國與中華人民共和國互不隸屬，台灣不是中華人民共和國的一部分，中國無權侵略台灣；中國一直在台海進行軍事演習，破壞區域和平穩定。因此，破壞兩岸現狀的是中國，而非台灣；台灣人民尋求維護自身主權，追求民主、自由、人權的生活方式，不應被視為對中國的挑釁；台灣並未放棄尋求兩岸和平與共同繁榮。
【共產國家撒謊欺騙】
賴總統表示，如果他能與川普總統會面，他會建議川普關注習近平的軍事演習和軍事擴張。如果台灣被吞併，將影響美國的本土利益。因此，他希望川普總統繼續維護印太地區的和平與穩定。如果川普能說服習近平放棄對台灣的軍事威脅，他肯定會獲得諾貝爾和平獎。共產黨政府總是欺騙和撒謊，川普應該很清楚記得，他才剛剛被俄羅斯總統普廷耍了，說要與烏克蘭進行和談？

白宮發言人安娜凱利回應了賴清德的建言，她表示川普總統「絕對應該獲得諾貝爾和平獎」。他直接參與重大衝突，利用美國的軍事實力和我們優越的消費市場，為世界各地持續數十年的戰爭帶來了和平。總統作為和平使者的地位已經得到鞏固，但正如他所說，他不在乎得到認可——他只關心拯救生命。
【中華民國沒台主權】
事實上，賴清德總統關於國家的聲明不夠清晰。是的，我們都知道中華人民共和國不擁有台灣的主權，那麼中華民國呢？它擁有台灣的主權嗎？聯合國第2758號決議明確指出，中華人民共和國是聯合國唯一代表中國的合法政府。美國國務院也才剛剛聲明，台灣的最終政治地位尚未確定。
【中華民國是代表誰】
那麼，今天在台灣的中華民國政府究竟代表誰、中國、還是台灣？賴清德能否提供台灣政府的正式信箋去申請加入聯合國？前總統陳水扁在2007年以中華民國總統信箋申請加入聯合國，並聲稱中華民國又叫台灣，但立即遭到時任聯合國秘書長潘基文的拒絕。
【國際孤兒沒有主權】
今日台灣雖然擁有人民、領土、軍隊、政府稱得上是一個國家，但絕不是一個主權獨立的國家。因為一個主權獨立的國家，在其所屬的領土上，是具有絕對的威權，但台灣卻沒有；在台北或高雄舉辦國際性的運動大會、世大運時，卻連自己國家的名字都無法亮出、台灣、或中華民國。此時、此刻，台灣仍然不被國際社會所接受，仍然無法進入聯合國。中華台北所持用的奧運五環旗，其實就是國際無國籍的難民旗。
【人民主權基本人權】
台灣社會最大的認知盲點，就是認為我們有自己用選票，直接選舉產生的政府，所以應該被承認為一個主權獨立的國家。其實，今日台灣所擁有的是、人民主權Popular Sovereignty，屬於基本人權Human Rights；但卻沒有台灣的領土主權Territorial Sovereignty、又稱國家主權National Sovereignty。
【台灣主權尚未轉移】
須知主權，是由一個政府，透過國際和平條約，合法地轉移給另一個政府。1662年荷蘭政府將台灣主權，轉移給東寧王朝；1895年滿清政府，把台灣的完整主權、永久割讓給日本；1951年日本只宣佈，放棄台澎的治權、產權、和債權Japan renounce all right, title and claim to Formosa and the Pescadores，卻沒有放棄主權。日本至今仍擁有台灣的剩餘主權Residual Sovereignty，等到台灣人民哪天建立了，真正代表台灣人民的台灣政府時，再簽署和平條約，將台灣領土主權合法地轉移給台灣政府。今天賴清德總統所代表的是中華民國，法理上沒有台灣的領土主權。
【台灣政府世人期待】
眾所周知，台灣不是中華民國，中華民國也不擁有台灣的主權。因此，值此雙十紀念日之際，所有台灣人都應該好好探討一下，我們何時才能正式擁有一個只代表台灣、不代表中國的政府，並且獲得到國際社會的承認。

【Taiwan Is Not Subordinate to China】
President Lai pointed out: the Republic of China and the People’s Republic of China (PRC) are “not subordinate to each other. Taiwan is not a part of the PRC. China does not have the right to invade Taiwan; China has been holding military exercises in the Taiwan Strait, undermining peace and stability in the region. So, it is China, not Taiwan, that is disrupting the cross-strait status quo; the Taiwanese people seek to protect their sovereignty, and pursue a way of life based on democracy, freedom and human rights should not be seen as a provocation against China; Taiwan has not given up on seeking peace and mutual prosperity across the Strait. We understand that peace is priceless and that there are no winners in war; Taiwan is willing to help the US industrialize and become a global AI hub and make America great again.
【Communist Countries Lie and Deceive】
President Lai stated that if he could meet with President Trump, he would advise him to pay attention to Xi Jinping's military exercises and military expansion. If Taiwan is annexed, it will impact the US homeland interests. Therefore, he hopes President Trump will continue to uphold peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific. If Trump can convince Xi Jinping to abandon the threat of a military attack on Taiwan, he will surely be a Nobel Peace Prize winner. The communist government always deceiving and lying. Trump should clearly remember, he was just tricked by Russian President Vladimir Putin into holding peace talks with Ukraine.
【Pursue Peace, Save Lives】
White House spokesperson Anna Kelly responded to William Lai's suggestion, stating that President Trump "deserves the Nobel Peace Prize many times over. His direct involvement in major conflicts, leveraging tools from America's military might to our superior consumer market, has brought peace to decades-long wars around the world. The president's legacy is already cemented as Peacemaker-in-chief, but as he said, he doesn't care about recognition—only saving lives.
【ROC Doesn’t Have Sovereignty Over Taiwan】
In fact, President Lai Ching-te's statement regarding the country was not clear enough. Yes, we all know PRC does not have sovereignty over Taiwan, but what about the ROC? Does it have sovereignty over Taiwan? UN Resolution 2758 clearly states that PRC is the sole legitimate government representing China in the UN. The US State Department also just stated that Taiwan's final political status has yet to be determined.
【Who Does the ROC Represent?】
So, who does the ROC government in Taiwan represent today, China, or Taiwan? Can William Lai provide official Taiwanese government letterhead to apply for UN membership? Former President Chen Shui-bian applied for UN membership in 2007 using ROC presidential letterheady, claiming that the ROC aka Taiwan, but was immediately rejected by then-UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon.
【International Orphans Have No Sovereignty】
While Taiwan today possesses people, territory, a military, and a government, it is certainly a nation, but it is not a sovereign or independent state. A sovereign or independent state has absolute authority over its territory, but Taiwan does not. When international sporting events or the Universiade are held in Taipei or Kaohsiung, Taiwan cannot even display its own name, Taiwan, or ROC. At this very moment, Taiwan remains unacceptable to the international community and cannot join the UN. The five-ring Olympic flag used by Chinese Taipei is, in fact, the international flag of stateless refugees.
【Popular Sovereignty and Basic Human Rights】
Taiwanese society's biggest cognitive blind spot is the belief that because we have our own directly elected government, we should be recognized as a sovereign and independent nation. In fact, what Taiwan possesses today is popular sovereignty, which is a basic human right; but it lacks territorial sovereignty, also known as national sovereignty.
【Taiwanese Sovereignty Has Not Yet Transferred】
Sovereignty is the legal transfer of sovereignty from one government to another through an international peace treaty. In 1662, the Dutch government transferred Taiwan's sovereignty to the Tungning Dynasty; in 1895, the Qing government permanently ceded Taiwan's complete sovereignty to Japan; and in 1951, Japan renounced all rights, title, and claim to Formosa and the Pescadores, but did not relinquish sovereignty. Japan still holds residual sovereignty over Taiwan. When the Taiwanese people one day establish a government truly representing them, a peace treaty will be signed to legally transfer Taiwan's territorial sovereignty to them. Today, President Lai represents the ROC, which legally has no claim to Taiwan's territorial sovereignty.
【The World Expects for a Taiwanese Government】
It is well known that Taiwan is not ROC, and ROC does not possess sovereignty over Taiwan. Therefore, on this Double Tenth anniversary, all Taiwanese should carefully discuss when we can officially have a government that only represents Taiwan, not China, and it is recognized by the international community.
