台聯：左派不要拿「國際公約」唬弄台灣人民！
日前監察委員紀惠容以及左派團體，以「國際公約」之名要求政府推動「免術換證」、「反歧視法」等迫害正常社會之惡法。台聯黨強烈反對推動這些惡法，並呼籲監察院、行政院所轄的人權機關，應當懸崖勒馬，終止極左法案的立法進程！
台聯黨主席周倪安表示，目前左派法案的訂定，都是以聯合國所制定之公約為藉口訂定。而包含兩公約在內的國際公約，僅有模糊的框架沒有實質規定做法。目前花大錢從國外請來的「國際審查委員」根本不了解台灣的文化風土。如果直接採納這些外國委員移植自外國風土的建議，而不願與真正授予國家公權力的公民對話、討論，完全違背民主價值，正是威權統治的做法，豈能稱爲有人權觀念？更況所謂「國際審查委員」根本沒有政治上的拘束力，除非是有心人士從中作怪，否則台灣哪有必要把他們的意見當作一回事。
周倪安質疑，紀惠容委員可有聽見女性的擔憂？有與公民大眾對話過嗎？英國最高法院近期做出結論，女人只會是生理女性，無論男跨女再怎麼稱自己是女性，保障他們權益的做法也不是假裝他們和女人別無不同，用極低門檻令他們可輕易踏入女性空間、佔用女性名額、壓縮女性資源。
周倪安表示，性別依照心理「認同」而非生理「事實」定義，只會導致現在在歐美社會造成的亂象，在台灣重演。英國作為國際公約締約國之一可以這樣做，沒道理我們一個非締約國必須要死板照抄某些人權專家的意見，置婦幼於恐懼之中。

Recently, Control Yuan Commissioner Chi Hui-jung and leftist groups, under the guise of "international covenants," demanded that the government promote pernicious laws such as "gender-affirming care without surgery for ID changes" and the "Anti-Discrimination Law," which persecute normal society. The Taiwan Solidarity Union strongly opposes the promotion of these pernicious laws and calls on the Control Yuan and human rights agencies under the Executive Yuan to pull back from the brink and halt the legislative process for these extreme leftist bills!
Taiwan Solidarity Union Chairman Chou Ni-an stated that the current formulation of leftist bills all use United Nations-formulated covenants as a pretext. International covenants, including the two covenants, only provide vague frameworks without substantive implementation guidelines. The so-called "international review committee members" brought in at great expense from abroad fundamentally do not understand Taiwan's cultural and social context. If their suggestions—transplanted directly from foreign contexts—are adopted without engaging in dialogue and discussion with citizens who actually grant the state public authority, it completely violates democratic values and is precisely the approach of authoritarian rule. How can this be called having a human rights perspective? Moreover, these so-called "international review committee members" have no political binding force whatsoever. Unless there are ill-intentioned individuals stirring trouble, there's no reason for Taiwan to take their opinions seriously.
Chou Ni-an questioned whether Commissioner Chi Hui-jung has heard women's concerns? Has she engaged in dialogue with the general public? The UK Supreme Court recently concluded that women can only be biological females. No matter how much a male-to-female transgender person claims to be a woman, protecting their rights does not mean pretending they are no different from women, using extremely low thresholds to allow them to easily enter women's spaces, occupy women's quotas, and squeeze women's resources.
Chou Ni-an stated that defining gender based on psychological "identity" rather than biological "fact" will only lead to the chaos currently seen in Western societies repeating itself in Taiwan. The UK, as one of the signatories to international covenants, can do this, but there's no reason for us—a non-signatory—to rigidly copy the opinions of certain human rights experts, placing women and children in fear.

台聯黨25日發表聲明，抨擊監察委員紀惠容及部分左派團體引用「國際公約」作為依據，主張推動「免術換證」及「反歧視法」等政策。台聯黨強烈反對相關法案，並呼籲監察院與行政院旗下人權機關應「懸崖勒馬」，停止推動「極左法案」。
台聯黨主席周倪安指出，國內近期多項法案以聯合國公約作為立法理由，但相關國際公約（包含兩公約）僅具有原則性、框架性的內容，並未規範具體作法。他批評政府高額聘請的「國際審查委員」對台灣文化與社會脈絡並不熟悉，若直接採納外國委員的意見、卻不與台灣公民對話，是「背離民主價值、近似威權統治的作法」。
周倪安強調，國際審查委員的建議並無政治拘束力，政府不應將其視為具有強制性。他質疑，監委紀惠容是否真正倾聽女性社群的意見與憂慮，或與公民社會充分對話。
周倪安並引用英國近期關於性別認定的法律判決，指出英國最高法院認為「女性只能是生理女性」，男跨女者即使在法律上獲性別承認，也不應以「與女性完全相同」的方式處理其權益。周倪安認為，若採用低門檻制度，可能導致男性可輕易進入女性空間、競逐女性保障名額，壓縮婦女資源。
周倪安表示，若以心理「認同」取代生理「事實」作為性別判定依據，將使歐美各國近年出現的爭議與衝突在台灣重演。他強調，英國作為公約締約國仍保有政策彈性，台灣並非締約國，沒有必要「照抄部分人權專家的意見」，更不應因此讓婦女與兒少承受風險。
台聯黨呼籲政府重新檢視相關立法進程，並強調公共政策應建立在廣泛社會討論與民主共識之上，而非倚賴國際諮詢意見推動本地法制變革。
