Dr. Wober obtained the BS (Phi Beta Kappa), MS and PhD degrees in Physics all from MIT. He has

subsequently been employed at Bell Laboratories as a member of Technical Staff, at the Polaroid

Corporation where he was both a Corporate Research Fellow and a director and following that as a

serial entrepreneur. He has also been employed at Harvard University as a Research Associate,

visiting lecturer and lecturer. He has published over 20 papers in peer reviewed journals:

He is currently leading a startup company he founded to commercialize novel nano structured Surface Plasmon Resonance Bio-detectors and nano structured pigment free CMOS multispectral Image sensors

3. 2024年9月16日台灣建國正名制憲國際線上研討會第158次會議，邀請邀請旅居美國的劉重義博士發表專題演講「台灣民族議會研議」，美國、愛爾蘭和愛沙尼亞奮鬥國家獨立過程中，成立並運用體制外的「民族議會」，做為民族獨立運動的治理機構，協調、管理推動民族獨立鬥爭的工作，擴大整合獨立運動力量，對抗外來壓迫體制，打擊敵對勢力並壓制內部反動反民族集團，爭取國際支持完成國家獨立。在整個衝突期間，基本上「民族議會」是代表臨時國家政府。此次演講要用「民族議會」運作成功的前例，作為台灣民間成立「台灣民族議會」務實推動台灣獨立的思考。演講內容包括：台灣民族的自然權利，民族議會成功推動獨立的實例(美國、愛爾蘭、愛沙尼亞)，如何組織台灣民族議會和台灣民族議會的重要任務。會後和參與座談的來賓有精彩詳細的討論，獲益良多，詳情請看以下的YouTube連結網址：https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K86Gcce-EPs
